OUR BRAKE SERVICES:

Brake Inspection

To diagnose any strange sound or how the brake pedal response, discover why your brake light is on, or just check out your brakes as part of routine maintenance.

Anti-Lock Brake System:

An anti-lock brake system (ABS) is a key safety feature in modern vehicles that prevents the wheels from locking up and helps them maintain grip with the road. If your ABS light comes on, visit us for a diagnostic.

Brake Fluid Flush:

A brake fluid flush takes all the old dirty brake fluid out of the system and it’s replaced with a fresh clean fluid. It is very important to regularly get a brake fluid flush; it usually should be done around every 30,000 miles.

Brake Drum Service:

Brake drums are an essential component. A brake drum forms a friction pair, which decelerates the rotation of the wheel. The brake drum also has the job of absorbing and discharging the heat generated during braking.

Brake Shoe Replacement:

The brake shoes are placed inside the brake drum. Brake shoes are an essential element of certain braking systems; they are not the same thing as brake pads.

Brake Pad Replacement:

The brake pads use a disc and two pads to create friction that will slow your car down. This is placed inside a caliper which surrounds the brake disc.

Brake Rotor Service:

The rotors are the large metal discs that are inside of each wheel; it is a key part of your vehicle’s brake system. Sometimes your rotors may need to be resurfaced because they have worn unevenly, warped from heat, or become damaged by worn brake pads or pitted from corrosion or rust. Resurfacing rotors remove some of their metal, until the surface is even and smooth again.

Brake Caliper Replacement:

The calipers are what holds your car’s brake pads and pistons. When the hydraulic pressure in the brake lines creates pressure that forces the pistons close in the brake caliper that in turn makes the pads clamp down on the brake rotor, making your vehicle to stop. Without a proper functionality of the calipers your brake pads can’t clamp down on the rotors, and you can’t stop your car.

Brake Hoses:

A brake hose are metal tubes that run the length of the car to transmit the hydraulic pressure to the wheel brakes with the help of the brake fluid. One of the common symptoms associated with a potential problem with the brake hose is a mushy brake pedal also if the hoses develop any leaks this will compromise the pressure of the system.
